• Move a location back to personal. If you brought one of your own locations into your organization and you're still an admin, you can now move it back from Location settings. • Back takes you where you came from. Pages opened from More, including Help, return to the screen you opened them from. • Tidier forms. Form sheets open at the right height and scroll when they need to, and the add button looks the same on iPad and iPhone. • Item cost is clearer. A hint explains that cost means your food cost, not the menu price. • Updated starter menus for new locations.

• Dark mode — Choose Light, Dark, or System from More. • Cleaner, more native design — Pickers, dates, record edits, bulk entry, and location settings now open as iOS sheets. Row and screen actions like sort, edit, and delete are now in a … menu. • Your currency, everywhere — Daily Logs, Summary, Inventory, and the Dashboard now show amounts in your location’s currency. • Redesigned dashboard charts — Waste by category is now a donut chart, while day, week, and month views use clearer bar charts. On iPad, top items and categories appear side by side. • More on screen — Compact tiles now show 3 columns on iPhone and use a smaller size on iPad. • Easier setup for new locations — Staff are told who to ask if a menu isn’t set up yet, and managers can quickly add stations and items. • Redesigned location picker and new-location flow. • Empty stations now offer to add items. • Items can use an exact color with a hex code. • Password rules now appear as a live checklist. • The tutorial has new illustrations. • Confirmations now appear as short pop-up messages. • Fixed an issue where editing a record logged on another device could fail to save. • Fixed stats and email reports combining different units, such as kg and L.

• Add a SKU or item number to any menu item. • Switch the waste log between tiles and a compact list. • A new station picker that's easier to use, including with larger text. • Waste is now recorded against the station it was logged at, so station reports stay accurate.

- Improved Pro activation after purchasing or restoring your subscription. - Added a way to retry activation if it doesn’t finish. - Fixed an issue that could prevent email reports from sending after upgrading.

- Pro now gives you access to your full waste history, with date ranges of up to two years at a time. - Waste totals and date pickers now stay aligned with each location’s timezone. - Required updates no longer interrupt waste or inventory entries in progress. - Fixed duplicate demo locations caused by quick repeat taps. - Daily Logs now gives clearer edit and delete guidance.

• A new interactive tutorial. You practice logging on a real item instead of watching a picture. • Clearer plan status. If your organization already covers you, the app no longer offers you an upgrade you don't need, and your own subscription now shows whether it's renewing or ending. • Better messages when something won't work — including a plain explanation when a location's time zone can't be changed, instead of asking you to try again. • Faster and steadier. Updated foundations throughout for smoother screens and fewer crashes.

• Fixed a crash in the getting-started tutorial, and it now closes reliably even if your device is busy. • Cleaned up duplicate station items saved on this device. • New Bar & grill starter template when you're trying the demo. • Stability and performance improvements throughout.

Pair a tablet to one location Set up a shared tablet at the station and let staff log waste without signing in. Pair it by scanning a QR code or entering a short code, and unpair it right from the tablet when you're done. A paired tablet shows a focused set of screens — track waste, dashboard, summary and daily logs — so staff can read off end-of-day numbers without getting into account settings.

- Fix mistakes in Daily Logs — Swipe left on any entry to update the quantity or delete a record you logged by mistake (Pro). - Clearer editing — Adjust quantities with step buttons or type the amount directly. - Easier to discover — Daily Logs and Email Reports now show short guidance at the top of the screen.

- Added support for decimal waste quantities, so you can record more exact amounts like 1.2 lbs. - Improved quantity entry and display across waste logs, summaries, and recent activity. - Cleaned up dashboard waste totals so values are easier to read at a glance.

- Clearer offline handling: When you’re not connected, the app tells you and retries automatically when you’re back online - Replay the welcome tour: Find it under More if you want a refresher on how the app works - UI polish: Improved demo badge visibility, header consistency, and layout fixes across several screens

- Improved inventory workflow with better item management and grouped-item handling - Added clearer item details, including better cost-per-item formatting for easier reading - Updated the More screen with clearer navigation labels and descriptions - Improved form experience on mobile with better keyboard handling

- Improved Demo Mode across the app, with clearer messaging and better guidance for guest users - Updated dashboard cards and layout so important insights (including top wasted items) are easier to scan
