Takes forever to load. Doesn’t keep you logged in or even remember your login information. Slow to search. Buggy and crashes. Do yourself a favor and use the website on a browser.

After using it more, I’ve changed my rating from 2 to 1 star. Not only is it very very slow to load, not only does it constantly log out (see below)— it doesn’t even show the call number of books in the catalog! It’s a library catalog app that doesn’t tell you where to find books in the library. Very disappointing.Previous review was: It works Ok (but very slowly) once you’re logged in, but every time I open it (including to show my barcode to check out books) I have to re-select my library (!) and login again with my library card number and password. The login times out after single-digit minutes. Very frustrating.

Longtime library user
While it is more feature rich than the previous application available prior to 2025, it continues to have many bugs. For example-freezes, drops library card, needs to be deleted and reloaded to clear errors. Previous application while limited worked flawlessly. Pains me to log on and try to achieve task such as renew items.

Is anyone going to help make this better or is it going to be 1 star forever? While this is an upgrade to be able to see the book cover and see better search bar, routinely logs me out of my account and now won’t even open saying that server is down. Hard to navigate our library system without access to the system
