HISTORY: THE STATE TAB A new State tab charts what your home actually did. Every device and every zone gets a full day strip, grouped by room and searchable, so you can see when the lights went on and how long the air conditioning ran. Scrub a strip to read any moment, and open a device for totals and a list of changes. A refused command gets its own row naming the device, and a device that answers but refuses is marked "Not responding." CLAUDE APP & WEBSITE Claude on claude.ai and in the Claude app can now view and control your home from anywhere. On a dedicated Primary Controller, turn on Claude Connector under Settings → Managed Device Options → Claude, where MCP Access holds the connector URL, Home Link Code, and access key. Claude can also help diagnose your home, reading its diagnostic logs, configuration, and controller roster with credentials always left out, and offering a report on where the problem lies and whether it will recur. CAMERAS Camera video is rebuilt: frames now draw on the GPU, Room Layout tiles stream each camera's lower-bandwidth sub-stream, and a learned budget adjusts how much video runs at once on each device. Streams also open about a second faster, and Guided Add finds Reolink cameras. WEATHER Your Primary Controller now relays WeatherFlow Tempest and PurpleAir readings to every controller, so station weather and air quality appear on devices that can't hear them directly, and it serves cloud air quality when a local sensor dies. The forecast lens flips the panel between Conditions, Precipitation, and Wind. "HEY ROOMIE" ACROSS THE ROOM The wake word carries across the room with far-field detection, and a spoken command that matches nothing now tells you so. You can also skip or replay by an amount and seek to a position by voice. DEVICE SUPPORT Mitsubishi mini-split thermostats join through your Kumo Cloud account, with modes, half-degree setpoints, fan speeds, and per-zone status. Vera thermostats, locks, shades, and sensors type correctly, with setpoint and mode commands restored. The McIntosh MA8900 gains serial control, and Denon receivers add the Game 2 input. HOMEPOD Announcements are upgraded to send via AirPlay 2, required for Software 27 support. They start at the press and play whole on every speaker. RELIABILITY Apple TV honors a pairing backoff and reconnects after pairing, a denied Local Network permission is announced to the home, Sonos names the track rather than the station, and Lutron Caséta shades report their positions. An announcement starting as another closes keeps its Sonos speakers, and an unreadable Apple TV message or a bad pairing code no longer crashes the app. Add Wait is now Add Delay, Delete Device lists the receiver inputs mapped to it, controller deletes stick across sync, and Insteon lights stay current after the hourly reconnect.
