Chilled makes nutritious and delicious food in its own kitchens. Fresh and frozen meals, smoothies, juices and Ice Cre*m arrive at your door in about an hour.
How Hannah works
Hannah is the ordering assistant in the middle of your tab bar. Tell her what you feel like, in your own words, and she finds it on the menu and puts it in your cart. You can ask for "something warm for lunch, no mushrooms", "dinner for two, something light" or simply "my usual". She knows the whole menu and what you have ordered before. Every price she mentions comes from the menu, and nothing is ordered until you check out.
You choose how Hannah looks from six characters, with an optional chef's hat, and she appears on your tab bar and in the chat.
How the menu works
The menu covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, platters, drinks and desserts. Most meals come fresh for today or frozen for later, and a switch at the top shows one or the other. Search looks across the whole menu from its own screen. Every dish shows its ingredients and diet labels, such as vegan and vegetarian.
Home keeps the things you order most within reach. Order again adds your last order in one tap, and your favourites sit at the bottom of the screen with an add button on each.
How delivery works
Your delivery address sits on a map that shows your nearest Chilled kitchen and the distance between them. You can add an address from your current location or by searching for it. Once you order, the app follows it step by step, from the kitchen accepting it to the courier arriving. If you turn on notifications, it tells you at each step.
The Chilled Scanner
The Chilled Scanner reads any ingredient label from a photo. It tells you what is good, what is concerning and any red flags, with the sources behind each point.
Chilled Club
Members apply for access to a wider range of products. Once a membership is approved and verified, the Club has its own tab in the menu.
The app switches between light and dark at sunrise and sunset, or you can choose one yourself. It is available in English, German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Mandarin (Simplified Chinese), Hindi and Arabic, and Hannah replies in the language you choose.
Signing in
Save a passkey after you sign in, and from then on you sign in with Face ID instead of a password. Your passkeys are listed in Account, where you can remove them.
