I can’t say enough about this place, Everything is perfect, the atmosphere the gaming and the restaurants are great but most of all the staff on the floor are just the most enjoyable people I have met at any casino, thank you !!!

On September 1st, tier points completely reset to zero on gold level. However, my offers show platinum level offers. Something is not matching up. Upon checking with friends and family, they are having the same issues with reset tier points and offer levels not matching. I have tried to put in a ticket for the issue on the white Ivoree Elephant website, but it doesn’t work and will not let me submit the ticket.

No complaints. It serves its purpose for the most part. However, if you don’t check the app independently, you can miss out on Heim sensitive notifications. Some things such as same day app game, came as a notification, 4 days after it had expired.
