Giving 5 stars so it doesn’t disappear and have seen others with the same issue. Most games will either give you all your points or stop when you get so far. Very frustrating when you’ve put a lot of time into them. If you do get ahold of customer service, it’s an automated email bouncing you back and forth or giving you some excuse. You never get to talk to an actual person or any help what so ever. I even told them I’d be writing a review to let others know if I still didn’t get any help within a few days. I’ve been trying over a month to fix several games that stop giving you your points.

Honestly, I would’ve given it a full five stars because when I first started the app, it was actually really good. I did my first payout, and it seemed really promising. But then, as I moved onto my second game, it started to really show that it could possibly be a scam(which I don’t wanna fully label that it is since I was able to pay out some money). But I’m on my second game and I’ve downloaded it and I’ve been playing it all day, but it doesn’t seem to actually be registering anything and it’s not giving me my diamonds. It says that it needs to verify that the game is actually installed and that it’ll only take a few minutes, but it’s been hours and it still doesn’t seem to verify so I’m not getting any of my diamonds as I’m playing. I’ve reached past two levels that I need to get those diamonds but I haven’t gotten anything so I figured before I delete the app completely. I’ll leave a review and see if there’s a way it can be fixed or if I can get my diamond somehow I don’t know. But other than this little hiccup, it was good at first.

I’ve cashed out with this app multiple times so it definitely works, however sometimes you can contact customer support and receive points that you haven’t been awarded for and other times not. I’ve now sent 3 emails about missing points and this would be my largest cash out thus far and have been told no one is able to review my case. What? I’ve never received a message saying my issue just won’t be resolved, and I’m not even complaining about all the points I’m missing, just on one game because it was a large amount. That took time. I think it’s sad because people willing to play games for pay are sometimes seen as worth very little, meanwhile companies are making money off of our time and tolerance.Edit: I’m back editing my review because apparently they did decide to reward me my missing points however the trust is broken because I don’t want to risk dedicating hours/days into a game for larger point payout. My suggestion is not to play hardball with people. Keep the rewards at smaller increments if you must, but make it so for sure players can expect the reward. If you have not received your achievement reward by 24 hours, reach out to these people. If they essentially tell you to F off, you might not get paid at all, because USUALLY the achievement is unlocked within a few minutes of you hitting it. Good luck!

I put a considerable amount of time into playing a game, but never received the points. September 20, 2025, I messaged the support team about this issue. I filled out all the necessary info, and sent screenshots of my game proving I had earned the rewards. The automated message said there may be delays on their end, but it’s been 6 months with no response. I even followed up a month ago. Nothing. I can understand delays, but 6 months and counting is just insane. I’ve used freecash and I’ve never had an issue with getting my points, and no issues with the points being delayed. If freecash can manage that, cashgiraffe should at least be able to do the same. Or at the very least, don’t leave someone waiting for 6 months with no updates. Either they need to fix their app so they’re getting less support messages, or they need to be better about handling support cases. I can understand a delay of a few months. 6 months and counting is just ridiculous.
