Fix two issues from the community: GPS jumps and alarm not cancelled when radius changed. Ignore GPS jumps (Occurs when GPS signal jumps 500ft to a nearby wifi router) Introduce improved cluster icons and map scope Improve anchor modal info

Fixed a crash when tapping an anchor icon. Improved the anchor history, cluster and information popup. Removed user guide walkthrough while we rebuild this feature.

Some significant changes in this release: - Anchor history icons are now clustered and we've lost the little 'x' and opted for the more traditional pin markers. - A bug in sleep mode has been fixed (thank you Anja) - Critical alerts are now enabled, so you will receive an alert even in sleep mode or when the mute switch is activated (thank you Tyler) - Some performance improvements have been made to move work off the main thread. - A bug in walkthrough has been fixed. Meanwhile we worked on the server side too and fixed a bug with flags on new registration, and increased the anchor search radius.

Thanks again to the community for calling out a bug with move anchor, now fixed! Minor improvements with comments and improved performance for weather updates. Now also checking for phone on low power mode which seems to limit location updates.
