Accordion was created to deal with the daily information overload we all encounter. We see an enormous amount of content on social media, YouTube, the news, search, X, threads — so many things — and most of it isn't that relevant. But sometimes, we come across something that matters: an article, a video, an idea, a place. Something we want to save or come back to, or share later.... And usually we don't, and it gets lost.
Accordion is our answer to that. It's like the old paper accordion file, but for your digital life. You create folders for anything you care about — videos, recipes, news, projects, travel, food., photos, files and notes. And when you find something, that matters, you just use the share button, the app opens, you pick a folder, and it's saved. That's it. No setup, no system to learn. It's a save-as-you-go process. And over time, you're building your own personal encyclopedia of what matters to you.
But Accordion isn't just for saving things, because it's also about sharing them. ..Let's say you are traveling .. to Paris — and you have a folder with all the restaurants, hotels, places to see, and now a friend is going. You can share just that folder about Paris. Not everything, just that. And when they see it, it feels personal, because there's no likes, no public comments, no followers, and it's peer-to-peer, because that's how it's designed.
You connect by sending a personal invite by text, email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. And there's no directory, no public profiles, no search. It only works when you choose to connect, and that makes it private and secure.
