How do I get started?
You’ll need to complete a secure, one-time ID check before using the Aviva Smart Health service for the first time. It’s a simple, quick, and easy process to follow – all in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines. Make sure you have your passport or driving licence to hand, as well as your policy number or scheme code (you get this from your employer).
