This is a maintenance release with support for iOS 27. Fixed in this version: • Lactose-free and nut-free diet preferences were not filtering recipes at all. • Keto and low sodium preferences were being applied, but the app said they were not. • The app could hang for a moment when opening a screen with an animated background. • Opening Settings from a link could land on the wrong screen. • The starting weight screen had no way back. • The language option in Settings did not open. • Fish and shellfish are now separate allergy options.

What's New in 2.1.2 - Meal plans are now built for you in seconds. Answer a few quick questions about your week, your kitchen and your budget, and you get a full plan with a shopping list. - Set a weekly budget. Your plan is priced against real supermarket prices in your country, so you know what the week costs before you shop. - Choose the supermarkets you actually use, and your shopping list follows. - A brighter home screen built around Cleany, with your day's macros in one place. Fixed - A dietary note written in your own words could empty your recipe library and meal planner. - A plan built during setup did not appear until you restarted the app. - Manage Subscription in Settings sometimes did nothing. - Scanning could freeze for a moment when the camera opened, and we now explain how to restore camera access if it is switched off. - The whole health review card is tappable now, not just the icon.

This update fixes a crash that some users hit during onboarding on iOS 18, along with a crash when using the microphone to describe a meal. If the app has ever quit unexpectedly on you, this update is worth it for that alone. Also in this release: • Recipes: a brand new tab with 210 dietitian-checked recipes matched to your goals • Weekly meal planner: build your week of meals around your calories and diet, then get the shopping list in one tap • Log a meal in one tap: your recent foods are now right on the scanner

And when you name a branded item ("the orange chicken from Trader Joe's"), we now look up the real product instead of estimating. Much better numbers on store-bought and takeout food. Your health report just came to life Scan something and Cleany properly reacts to it, with a full animation for how that food is about to treat your body. And he's got something to say about it: every caption is written fresh for the exact thing you scanned and the goal you're chasing. No two scans read the same. Progress tab, rebuilt • A redesigned weight chart you can scrub through, over a month, six months or the whole year • Set a goal and get an honest read on whether your pace is realistic, plus the date you'll actually hit it • Progress photos line up with your chart, so you can swipe back through the whole journey • Log list with photo thumbnails, swipe to delete, and photos optional if you're not feeling it today Bug fixes worth mentioning • Meal reminders now open the scanner when you tap them. They were dumping you on the home screen instead, which was quietly annoying and entirely our fault. • Fixed a crash on the height and weight pickers during onboarding. • The weight dial used to freeze for a couple of seconds before it woke up. It doesn't anymore. • A pile of weight-tracking fixes: decimals no longer round away, editing your goal no longer wipes your starting weight, backdated weigh-ins land on the right day, and goal weights above your current weight finally get a real plan. • Fixed prices occasionally showing in the wrong currency.

Forgot to log lunch? Nothing to scan? Describe what you ate by typing or saying it out loud ("chicken burrito and a mango smoothie") and Cleany will turn your words into a fully scored entry: calories, macros, and your personal score. Restaurant meals, home cooking, or catching up at 10pm. Logging has never been this effortless. Also in this update: - Smarter health reports. Your results now lead with what matters most for your goal: the wins worth celebrating and the ingredients worth watching. - Log it again in one tap. Same breakfast as yesterday? Duplicate any past meal straight to today. - A fresh look. Cleaner cards across the app, plus calendar, keyboard, and stability fixes.

Cleany's peeking over a beautiful new layout, and now you can fix anything the AI got wrong: tap to edit the title, macros, meal type, even the date and time. Your food log, your rules. More goodies inside: - Scans now finish with a push notification, so go ahead and close the app. We'll ping you when your results are ready. - Metric or imperial? Pick your favourite in Settings and the whole app follows.
