My Easy Access makes it easier for you to get around in major cities and guides you to verified accessible locations nearby.
With My Easy Access, you can access the following features for free:
1) Find the best accessible locations in Marseille
• Over 400 verified accessible locations assessed on-site by evaluators (local residents with disabilities, association members, or caregivers)
• 6 categories of locations (restaurants, accommodation, services, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping).
• Locations certified with the “Tourisme & Handicaps” label.
• Events updated every month (shows, exhibitions, summer activities, etc.).
2) Calculate your route adapted to your mobility level
• 3 modes of transportation (100% pedestrian, public transport, and by car).
• Truly pedestrian routes with sidewalk/crosswalk accuracy and end-to-end accessibility guarantee (curb cuts, sidewalks wider than 1.40m, slopes under 5%, no camber, and good surface quality).
• Public transportation equipped with accessibility features (access ramps and designated spaces for people with reduced mobility) and adapted stops for boarding and alighting.
• Accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility near your destination.

My Easy Access is a collective initiative:
• Initiated by Michelin Innovation Lab.
• Funded by the Michelin Foundation and Toyota Mobility Foundation.
• Managed by the "Tourisme & Handicaps" association.
• Co-built with public partners (the City of Marseille as the main partner) and local associations.
