IMS application

Project Management

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

The IMS SA App is an intuitive, purpose-built platform developed by IMS South Africa and YobiCode, to streamline project management and on-site progress tracking across retail installation projects. Designed for internal teams and subcontractors alike, the app provides real-time visibility into the status of cabinet installations, issue resolution workflows, and delivery milestones. Whether you're managing the Checkers Galleria fit out or tracking bakery installations in Paardevlei, the IMS SA App offers a centralised dashboard where users can: -View the status of individual cabinets with a clear red-green visual cue system. -Track completion of specific components such as lights, bumpers, cross-merch, and glass. -Submit and manage issues with embedded photo documentation and descriptions. -Update expected delivery dates, dispatch timelines, and tracking details. -Monitor section-level completion with interactive pie charts showing resolved vs unresolved tasks. -Ensure project compliance by locking section status until all tasks are verified complete. With its structured, checklist-based interface and automated visual indicators, the IMS SA App eliminates guesswork and fosters accountability from dispatch to final installation
