Liquidity Events in the App When a deal exits, a buyback is offered, dividends are paid or a deal does not proceed, users can now: • choose what to do with investment; • change the decision until it is carried out; • provide payout details and sign documents; • follow the status of the request.

We've updated the Portfolio section. You can now switch between your portfolios at the top of the screen, and the “Details” button opens a full breakdown of your investments. The list itself is easier to read: several deals in the same company are combined into a single position, payouts are shown right away, and finding the one you need takes less time.

We've expanded the idea details — they now include materials that are easy to share, along with detailed information about the deal terms. Exploring available companies is now simpler.

The new app version introduces the option to invest in funds — an alternative format where investments are allocated across a selection of portfolio companies, chosen based on specific criteria, rather than deal by deal.

In the new version, paying for deals has become more flexible: you can make multiple transactions within a single investment and quickly confirm all transfers right in the app — no need to contact support. Additionally, on the portfolio company updates page, there’s now a “Finance” tab featuring the most up-to-date metrics.

We’ve added a demo portfolio to help you explore how company insights and portfolio updates work. Check it out to see example companies and understand how you can stay informed about your investments!
