Scan an attendee's badge at your booth and the lead is saved. Mark hot leads, answer your qualifying questions, and add notes and a photo on the spot.
ShowUp Lead Retrieval lets exhibitors and booth staff scan attendee badges and capture qualified leads at events that use ShowUp.
What you can do
• Scan a badge QR code with your camera and the lead is saved right away
• See a clear result for every scan, including badges you already scanned
• Find every lead in one searchable list
• Qualify each lead on the spot: answer your company's questions, mark hot leads, and add notes and a photo
• Choose which booth staff member is scanning, turn on continuous scanning, or use an optional Bluetooth scanner
How it works
1. Get your access code or login QR code from the event organizer.
2. Log in with the access code, or scan the login QR code in the app.
3. Scan badges at your booth.
Requirements
An exhibitor license for an event that uses ShowUp. Your access code or login QR code comes from the event organizer; there is no sign-up in the app.
