Goal is redesigned. Your goal sits on its own photograph, Jeani works with you on one focus at a time, and today's action and today's read sit right under it. Tap the J at the bottom right to move between Goal, Motion, Body and You, or to talk to Jeani. Body has a page of its own, and your meals, runs and other activities each open their own page. New photographs throughout the app. Apple Watch data syncs more reliably: opening Jeani on your iPhone now wakes the watch app. Plus fixes and improvements.

Your first week is free, with no card needed. When it ends you can keep going with a membership, and you can start one any time from Settings. Add pain by tapping where it hurts on the body in Motion, now including the inner thighs and abdomen, and pain deep in a bone. Goal is tidier: today's read and your plan fold away, and every item with details opens its own page. A clearer sign that Jeani is thinking in voice conversations, and a more lifelike body in Motion. On Apple Watch, swipe through today's action, a voice note and your key figures. Watch data syncs more reliably in the background, and Jeani answers your watch notes by text. Plus fixes and improvements.

Getting started is simpler. Start with your number, whether you're new or already texting Jeani. Jeani sets up your goal and your plan with you by text, then the app connects Apple Health and shows your plan. Tick off each movement in a session as you go, and see every activity you've done in one list. Metric pages now show the research behind each number. Invite friends from the You tab. Plus clearer sleep times, smoother charts, fixes and improvements.

Jeani lives in Messages now. Link your number once, then text Jeani like you'd text anyone. The message button at the top of Goal opens your conversation, and every Ask Jeani button starts a text with your question already written. Talk to Jeani out loud with the voice button at the top of Goal. Notifications now carry what Jeani actually said, and you can reply right from them. Under You, follow the questions you've asked Jeani to look into, and what Jeani found. You can now link a phone number from Canada or Australia. Plus steadier Apple Watch syncing, fixes and improvements.

Reach a goal and Jeani marks it: a moment to celebrate, a place in your new trophy cabinet, and help choosing what's next. Each metric page now explains what your number means for you, against your own usual. Spotlight leads with Jeani's own measures. Today's read is clearer while it's on its way, and still arrives on mornings your sleep wasn't tracked. Your evening check-in can start on your Lock Screen, with your streak. Links in chat open, with a preview of the page. Wear a glucose sensor like Dexcom Stelo or Abbott Lingo? Jeani can read it through Apple Health and talk you through how your meals land. Plus fixes and improvements.

Fixes a problem that stopped Jeani on Apple Watch from recording your walks in the background. Your walks reach Jeani again without opening the Watch app. Jeani no longer signs you out every week.

Each morning, Jeani's read of your day ends with one thing to do, and it goes on your list to tick off. Strength and mobility sessions are written out move by move, with sets and cues. Tap one to see it. If you'd rather just see the names, text Jeani. A goal progress bar sits beside your greeting on the Goal page. Reaching a milestone gets its own moment, and finishing today's list gets a little celebration. Every experiment now says why you're running it, and Jeani's open questions say what they're waiting for. A plan widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Tick off today's items without opening the app. Tap and drag on any graph to see each day's reading. Tap Latest, High or Low to jump to that day. Every "usual" now says what it's based on. More of the app responds when you tap it: figures open their graphs, and Jeani's read opens the chat. Jeani has more ways to pick up last night's sleep, including straight from your Apple Watch. If you allow location, Jeani knows which city you're in. That means better weather, better help when you travel, and your sleep read in the right time zone. Jeani only uses the name of the place, never your exact position. Ticking something off no longer flickers. Plus fixes and polish.
