The app will be used for field certifications and qualification verifications for Utility contractors. The user will use the app on a job site when asked to go out and evaluate the crew working on a job site. Pre-determined qualifications will be loaded to the app and the evaluator will fill in the person being reviewed, document whether or not the person met the qualification guidelines and then determine if the person passed or failed. The final step will be to create a .pdf of the evaluation that can be sent to the customer for documentation/record retention.
