We’re sorry for the confusion — we understand how unexpected that can feel.It sounds like you were trying one of our full-display watch faces. These faces use a custom solution, since Apple doesn’t allow third-party apps to install them the same way as native faces. To make them work, both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps need to be open at the same time during setup.
