Storyie 9 is about trust: what you write stays put, syncs correctly, and every screen tells you what is going on. New • Finished reading a public diary? A gentle prompt invites you to write your own. • Hide users you'd rather not see, and manage them from a new Hidden users screen. • Export your data on the web straight from Settings. • Home Screen widgets stay current after you write, at midnight, and as the day goes on. Improved • Sync never brings back something you deleted or overwrites a newer edit. • Notes save before you leave and when the app goes to the background. • Diaries you wrote offline show up in search. • Screens that fail to load now explain what happened and offer Retry. • Dates follow your language and your own day, wherever you are. • VoiceOver reaches every action, and tap targets are larger. • The app asks before discarding unsaved changes in templates, shared journals, and profile edits. Fixed • Sign in with Apple no longer fails for some names. • Diaries you unpublish stay unpublished. • Images in notes are uploaded before the note is saved. • Tapping a notification lands on the right screen. Thanks for writing with us.

Storyie 8 is faster everywhere. Your day opens instantly from what is already on your phone, syncing takes fewer round trips, and templates finally get a real editor. New • Edit templates the way you write — a full editor with placeholders you drop in now and fill in later. • Contact support or send feedback straight from Settings; the mail arrives pre-filled with what we need to help. • Decide whether a letter arriving in your inbox should send a push notification. • Links to profiles, diaries, and notes on storyie.com open inside the app instead of a browser. • If a Pro payment fails, a gentle banner lets you fix it before anything changes. Improved • Home, streak, and calendar render from your device first, then refresh quietly in the background. • A leaner cold start: no waiting on fonts, or on a sign-in check when there is nothing to check. • Syncing is one round trip per change and pulls only what changed. • Typing feels smoother in long entries, and switching tabs is snappier. • Photos are prepared at the size the screen needs, so uploads and scrolling are lighter. • Bullet lists look the same in reading mode as in the editor. • Notifications, the widget, and links all land on one screen — and Back always works. Fixed • Swiping back to a tab no longer shows a blank screen mid-gesture. • Tapping a notification opens its destination once, not twice. • Typing next to a template placeholder keeps the placeholder intact. Thanks for writing with us.

Everything is one thumb away now. Diary, Note, and Reading each have their own tab, with Search and a write button always in reach at the bottom of the screen. New • A rebuilt tab bar puts writing one tap away from anywhere in the app. • Reading: a daily feed of diaries worth slowing down for, grouped by day. • A dedicated Note tab — pin what matters, reorder your pins, and swipe a row to publish or delete. • Search now runs on your device: instant results offline, grouped by month, with your words highlighted. • Search remembers recent queries, and suggests "on this day" and entries with photos before you type. • A home calendar you can pull open from a week into a full month, then swipe month to month. • Templates and writing prompts sit right above the keyboard while you write. • Links you open from a message or a notification now land in the app, not a browser. Improved • Your day opens instantly, even before it has finished syncing. • Notes show date, reading time, visibility, and tags at a glance — and you can swipe between them. • Public profiles are a native screen now instead of a web view. • Text, buttons, and tap targets across the app were reworked for contrast and reachability. • Quieter reminders: at most one nudge a day. Fixed • Private diary text no longer appears on the lock screen. • Deleting your account now clears everything stored on this device. • Timeline entries stay put while syncing instead of flickering or disappearing. • The keyboard gets out of the way when you drag search results or tap empty space. Thanks for writing with us.

Storyie 6 — your writing can find readers now. Publish a diary and discover what others are writing, right inside the app. New • Discover feed: read public diaries from other Storyie writers and tap the heart when one moves you. • Publish with confidence — a gentle nudge after you write, and a Published screen showing how far your entries have reached. • Small celebrations for your first published diary and your first heart. • Writing suggestions now run entirely on your device: private by design, and available offline. • Get notified when someone reacts to your writing, plus a weekly recap of your published entries. • New diary-motif avatars to represent you. Improved • Notes open ready to read — one tap drops you into editing. • Your draft survives an unexpected quit; Storyie brings back what you were writing. • Sign-in remembers the method you used last time. • Search results open full screen. • Formatting looks the same everywhere you read your writing. Fixed • Deleted diaries and notes stay deleted. • The keyboard stays put after you post a moment. • Steadier syncing, with clearer messages when something goes wrong. Thanks for writing with us.
