The worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Worked a couple times the first few days then I get the same error message. Unable to transcribe message. I have reached out to tech-support six or seven times it takes them four or five days to even respond then once they do, they tell you they don’t see any problems. I forward them the error code didn’t get no response. I’ve asked three or four times please just refund my money. At the end of the day, it’s not about 100 bucks I spent it was about the principal in ethics of the company. I would’ve gave them zero stars. But you had to at least select one. There are a lot of other products that work well out there definitely do not purchase this one!
