Updated bin sorting instructions on the Check-in Results screen. Check the instruction on the final screen for every collar — several bin names and SKUs to convert to have changed. Updated condition for the "Already Checked In" screen. A collar that has shipped out since its last check-in now goes through the normal check-in flow instead of showing the "Already Checked In" screen.

B2B Returns Check-in & Batch Management

Added new retailer flows for Petco, PetSmart, and Tractor Supply

Warehouse check-in photos are no longer emailed to Gladly. They are now uploaded directly to the Halo internal storage.

1. When checking in a collar, scanning the barcode/QR is now the only method. The manual entry field has been removed from the app. 2. A new Label Identification screen has been added. It helps operators distinguish between warranty labels and B2B or unreadable labels during check-in. INM records for valid mismatched-label returns are now auto-processed with clear comments. CSA intervention is still required in edge cases (e.g., both collars returned, unreadable labels, label sent to retailer). 3. When a collar arrives at the warehouse with a "ReturnWithExchange" RMA in "Canceled" status and no other active RMAs, the system automatically checks it in as INM (Information Not Matching) with reason “CollarReturnCanceled”. 4. Route Phase 1 Halo 4 collars back to the manufacturer in Taiwan.

- Collars with Expired or Rejected return RMA will be checked in as INMs with corresponding reasons. - Now “This collar must be placed in the bin with C-stage collars for analysis” handling instruction will be shown after the check-in of a Halo C-stage collar.

- Now "This collar must be disposed of." instructions will be shown for all Halo 1, Halo 2 and Halo 3 collars. - Halo 5 support.

Changed handling instructions for warranty units graded A, B and C to "This collar must be returned to the manufacturer".

Now, if an OLD FPC collar is checked in at the warehouse, the operator will be instructed to place it in the 'OLD FPC Bin.' These devices will then be removed from circulation.
