I’ve really been enjoying the Stillful app! I love how easy it is to use and how it gives me a simple way to slow down, reset, and be more intentional about taking care of my mind. There isn’t just meditation sessions but also sleep stories and breathwork (which is my fav). The sessions are easy to fit into my day, and I like having different options depending on what I need in the moment. It’s a great app for anyone who wants to incorporate more mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation into their daily routine. Definitely recommend!

There are thoughtfully curated features within the app that allow you to customize your meditation experience in a way that no other app does. I highly recommend this app and look forward to using it daily to balance out the chaotic grind of life.

Stillful is a great app for simple meditation and sleep stories. The aesthetics are calming, the voice is calming and I appreciated how simplified the choices (volume, mode) were. Definitely recommend to stressed-out students, people who have a hard time falling asleep and anyone who could use an app that simplifies your wellness plans.
