I'm really enjoying the app overall, but I've hit a couple of snags. First off, sometimes I can download videos, but then I can't save them to my camera roll, which is a bummer. The bigger issue, though, is with the urgent folder. It's not the same as the locked videos, and I can't view the videos I've locked from my dashcam within the app. I can only see them on the dashcam itself, which kind of defeats the purpose of locking them in the first place.

I left a one star review before due to new app and wifi connection issues, but it works now, I requested the latest update from wolf, follow the instructions and it didn’t connect so i thought on going airplane mode (iPhone 15 pro max) and connected quickly now i can connect and check vids and don’t need to go airplane mode again. It was just for the first step, now it working correctly. i hope this helps anyone. Update cams with sd card 👉🏽redownload app 👉🏽 airplane mode👉🏽 connect wifi and enjoy👍🏽

I spent a lot of money on three cameras and installation. I can’t even register an account. It says I need to verify my email, but when I click on the link to verify my email, i get a warning that it’s not secure. I believe that the warning is there because they are using tracking on the link, so this intentional. Even if you ignore the warning, the link still doesn’t work thoughAnd Wolfbox, please don’t respond with the same copy paste message that you respond to every comment with. It comes off incredibly disingenuous to do that. Please get some real customer service or don’t bother responding.

Wont let you view videos unless you are inside the car connected to the cameras wifi, when i try to download a video i need it doesnt let me or it doesnt play the video something about cannot download video or media corrupted and the videos get deleted daily, the screen keeps turning off sometimes it tells me the back camera needs 8 seconds to boot up while ive been driving for a while then the screen goes black qnd it restarts itself
