Every session has its own breathing sound, which you can switch off in one tap, like vibrations. • Enhanced cardiac coherence: a full-screen music player with an equalizer, plus an optional singing-bowl gong and vibrations in time with your breathing. The music keeps playing when your screen is locked. • Heart sensor: live charts in every session, a coherence score at the end, and these sessions now appear in your history. • Evolution: your average coherence is shown under your character. • Biological age: evaluations count from 60% coherence, and the app tells you clearly when one doesn't count. • Reminders: a gentle nudge only if you haven't practised yet, based on your habits (never before 9am or after 9pm), and nothing once your weekly goal is reached. • Session videos stay on your phone after the first download and play offline. • Bluetooth is only requested when you connect a sensor. • Fixes and improvements, including dark mode.
