Create faster, attach more, read clearly. • Assigning a work order is now optional • Location names match the portal • Attach PDF, Word and Excel files to notes • Text fits on every screen • Smoother on the latest iOS

Raise it. Don't wrestle it. ASSIGNMENT IS NOW OPTIONAL — Create a Work Order without naming a name. Leave it open and let the right person pick it up. DOCUMENTS IN NOTES — Attach PDFs, Word and Excel files to task notes, right beside your photos. UNDER THE HOOD — Rebuilt on the newest Version. Quicker, steadier, future-ready. Less friction. More done.

Locations you can actually read. Picking a location when creating a Work Order now shows it the way the portal does — department, floor, room and description laid out in plain language, instead of a run-on code. Same list, far easier to scan.

Speak. Submit. Done. Voice Input — tap the mic on any long text field and dictate your notes, comments and reasons. Processed entirely on your iPhone, hands-free, gloves on. Permit to Work — raise, review and approve permits from the field. Forgot Password — reset it yourself from the login screen, in seconds. Mandatory fields, marked — a red asterisk on every required field and checklist question across Audit, Inspection, Observation and Incident. Find locations faster — Create Work Order now filters Building → Floor → Location. Drafts that come back intact — questions in order, answers held, dates and departments preserved. Exactly as you left it. Plus: task rejection now asks for a reason, Due Date limits explain themselves, and a steadier app throughout. Less typing. More doing.
