Text a customer in one tap from a call, a contact, or the contacts list. Request Callback on a contact now sends the text, and name suggestions show where they came from.

Sign in with your email and password, including accounts created from a redeemed code. Plans set up for your email now activate as soon as you verify it. Sign-in now fits small screens and large text, and notification taps that can't open show a clear message. Reliability fixes.

Plans now show exactly what is included: minutes included each month, per-minute rates, and your remaining included minutes on the Usage screen. This update also fixes missing calls in call history, improves organization switching and contact note editing, and makes navigation, call labels, and accessibility more consistent.

Audio playback fixes: • Switching away from the app while a recording or voicemail is loading no longer shows an "Unable to play audio" error. • Improved reliability and error reporting around recording and voicemail playback.

New: Follow-Ups. One list of the callers who still need to hear back from you — open it from the menu and tap Call to ring them straight from your AI Phone 360 number. Also fixed: opening the summary for a call could fail, and a handful of crashes and stalls when switching between organizations or opening a call from a notification.

Business verification now shows an accurate status. If your registration hasn't started with the carriers yet, the screen says so plainly instead of showing an open-ended "under review", and you can start it yourself.

Settings are easier to find your way around. • The menu now shows clear section headings instead of one long list • Business verification moved to Organization, where you'd expect it • Appointment booking settings are now one tap away instead of buried • Post-call text alerts are now labeled "Call Alerts" so they're easier to spot
