Post as often as you like. The daily limit is gone. Words are no longer filtered as you type, so ordinary words come through intact. Turn on notifications from My Posts to hear when someone shares new wisdom, and turn them off there any time.

2.6 has an important bug fix and otherwise is all about interactions with one another, it has notifications so you can see when your post is getting likes / comments. There is a new "My Posts" page for quick navigation to what you have posted, and that will show where you have received new comments and likes. From there you can quickly navigate to your post. New comments are outlined in blue when you haven't seen them yet, so now you know if what you are seeing is new or old. Several tweaks to navigation, UI, and overall just the user experience. Enjoy.
