No signal? No problem. Type, talk, or snap photos for your notes anywhere, and Highsail sends them the moment you're back online. Big tables now fly, every form line gets its own roomy screen, and checkboxes respond the instant you tap them.

Tables on a job are yours to shape. Show the columns you need, sort them, and search for a word. Tap a cell to change it, or press and hold a row to copy it, chat about it, or remove it. On the calendar, hide completed jobs so the day shows what is still open. If a voice note does not send, it stays on your phone so you can try again.

Talk it, then send it. While you are recording in chat, Send turns the voice note into a message and sends it. Stop still lets you read it first and add photos. In Account, pick the days your digests and reminders should show up.

Chat can now ask you to pick more than one answer. Tick a few options, skip a question you want to leave blank, or step back and change your mind before you send. If you leave while a reply is still coming, it picks up when you return, and a tap on a chat notification opens that conversation. You can also turn on a daily planning digest in settings.

See only the jobs that still need you. Filter the calendar by status, by one of your choices, or by finished versus still open, and that filter stays with you between the list and the day. Yes and no buttons in chat now speak the same language as the conversation. A job on the schedule only names the colleagues who are on that visit with you.

When Highsail asks a question in chat, answer it with a tap. Yes and no show up right in the reply, and a choice of options opens as a card you can tap or type into. Jobs that span several days now appear on every day they run, and the chat box has more room for the skills you pick.

Checkboxes stay checkboxes. Yes and no answers now look the same in the form table, the entry, and on the record, and you can use a labeled switch when a word says it better than a box. Chat also shows what the assistant is doing, in plain language, and source chips sit right in the answer.

The assistant now names its sources right in the answer. Tap a chip to open the document on the exact page, or pick from a group when a few sit together. Check the original in one tap.

Photos now sit right in the chat answer, next to the words about them. Tap one to open it bigger, and it stays put while the rest of the reply writes in. Skill shortcuts above a new chat also show by name, so they match what you already see on web.

Tag a skill, speak a note, and the chat box now grows so you can read every word you said. No more squinting at a one-line box after a longer recording. Keep typing from the end and send it when it looks right.

Voice notes now hear you the way you meant it. Record a field note or chat message and the transcript comes back as the words you said, not a scrambled guess. Speak, send, and keep moving.

Documents finally get the spotlight. Tap any PDF, Word file, or text file and it opens as a full screen of its own, then hands you right back where you left off. We also cleaned up tagging in chat, so pointing Highsail at the right skill stays neat while you type.

Point Highsail at the right skill with a slash. Type / in chat, pick a skill, and the reply follows it. You can tag more than one in the same message, and a new conversation still offers shortcut buttons for your go-to skills.

Ask Highsail for a contact and tap the number to call. Phone numbers, emails, and links now open right from the reply. The chat button also spins while Highsail is still answering, even after you close the conversation. And when search comes up empty, you can actually see that on the first try.

Ask Highsail something, then go do literally anything else. Your answer keeps writing itself in the background and is ready when you come back, with a little spinner so you know it is still thinking. Field notes now spell out exactly what changed, search tells you how records are related, and typing in a text field no longer means fighting your own keyboard.

Chat now comes with you. Open a record from a reply and the conversation docks at the bottom so you can peek and jump right back in. Search shows related records more clearly, date and time picking stays steady, and you can reset a customized work order layout. Confirm saves your dictation languages, close leaves things as they were.

Your work order home, your way. Reorder and hide cards so the important stuff sits up top. Tap a record in chat to jump straight there, keep chatting while Highsail is still thinking, and videos upload faster. Summaries feel calmer too.

Photos, without the wait. Snap a shot or pick from your gallery and it uploads faster in notes, chat, files, and your profile. Business Central sources now show their own logo, and switching organizations is smoother when you belong to a bunch.
