• Merchandisers raise requests for their brands in any showroom and pick that showroom's visual merchandiser.
• Visual merchandisers work from My Queue: Acknowledge → Start work → add a photo → Mark complete (every step time-stamped, merchandiser notified).
• Sold reports, showroom bonus items, and notifications that open the right request.
• Lead merchandisers manage their team.
