Upon unsuccessful attempt to address the trial version got a discounted price deal for full app usage beyond trial and this was no different after using two headshots it used up 10 headshots for the week first off it was only 2 and second thing is that this is a full version not a trial version and shouldn’t cap at 10 shots . Anyway called Apple customer service and got the money back . Feel like they could do better both in customer service and making app better but doesn’t look like that’s happening with the way customer service is. Then I did a yearly account for 31$ and after 2 headshots it said 10 headshots limit met . When contacted again no communication back to fix it . Pathetic . I posted a 1 star review and it won’t take it so giving a 5 start review with this comment it’s 0 star pathetic app and the customer service

Very Disappointing and Misleading AppThey want you to pay $8.99 a week with no free trial, which already raises a red flag — how am I supposed to know if the app even meets my needs before paying? It feels like the developers care only about money, not about building trust with users.I decided to give it a chance for one week, and I deeply regret it. The app forces you to upload 8–10 pictures before you can even submit anything. I did exactly that, paid $8.99, and found out those 10 headshots only count for that single week. If you want to upload new photos, you have to pay another $8.99 the next week.The whole setup feels misleading and greedy. The app gives the impression you can freely use your uploads, but that’s not the case at all. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and I definitely do not recommend it.
