I only gave 5 stars so this will be seen, firstly I want to point out that everything they describe about this platform is completely false, from the platform being slow and freezing and restarting, to the “quick and easy” redemptions, to “wonderful customer service”. I have done everything except backflips trying to redeem my winnings. Tried bank account 20 different times (they blame it on the third party not doing it properly), tried Skrill (they don’t mention in details what a correct $20 deposit is to enable this method), finally resulting redemption through crypto (which now it says successful only meaning under review). They have no problem allowing you to use whatever method you choose to deposit your money but you better choose wisely about spending any money with them because it is the most painful experience if you try to redeem any money from them. Essentially you won’t succeed with that. And there is reasoning why the only way to contact them is by email because they know they are scamming people and they refuse to allow people to actually speak on the phone with a representative! Absolutely unprofessional and false advertising with these people. If you choose not to believe any of this, that is your right. But don’t say I didn’t try to warn you before you go giving these people your money and thinking they will gladly give your winnings back to you!!

Afte adding money - My account locked instantly. I emailed customer service and received an email within the next day saying that it seems to be duplicate accounts and that this was not prohibited and asked me to provide them with the email of the account I would like to keep active! I responded back within minutes and provided them with the accurate information. From that point on- I have not received a single update or response & 2 WEEKS LATER my account is STILL LOCKED and my deposit is just left there being unable to play or refund or contact customer service for help regarding my account. I have emailed them over and over - NO RESPONSE IN TWO WEEKS!!!!! of course there is no customer service phone number to call either. It’s so ironic that your account gets locked ONLY AFTER depositing money onto their game to play and not before right ?! I downloaded this app recently and came back to look around a day or two later. I decided to buy credits to play a simple block game, only to have my account immediately suspended with no cause nor explanation. At first glance, this seemed very legit, and I’m pretty annoyed that I had to send multiple emails to find out why my account was frozen. I finally got a response asking for a copy of a bank statement to complete verification. Since when is this level of privacy invasion expected in order to play a game or two?
