NutriShot AI is amazing. I took a photo of my meal, and it instantly calculated everything — macros, micros, vitamins, and calories. I could easily edit small details (like changing two shrimp to three) so it stayed accurate. Then it showed my full breakdown and, when I tapped “Insight,” it suggested what to eat next to meet my daily goals. I’m 70, and this app is so easy to use that anyone can do it. Created by an elite athlete but designed for everyone, it makes healthy eating feel simple, doable, and actually fun. High-level info, high-quality design, and almost no effort on my part. I’m seriously impressed.

I’ve tried a bunch of food tracking apps before, and they always felt like too much work with so much manual entry and guessing portions, etc. This one’s different. You just take a picture of your food and it figures out all the calories, nutrients, everything. It’s surprisingly accurate, even with mixed dishes.What I really like is how it uses that info to guide you through the rest of your day. The dashboard is super clear and straightforward instead of feeling judgmental, which I appreciate.

No internet, no data collection

Loving the app but there is one issue. You need to be connected to the internet to capture new inputs. Difficult if you are on the road and reception is poor. Should capture your input and analyze it when there is a good connection.Also, 3 weeks in and the app stopped accepting new inputs after an update. I assume they will fix it quickly.
