It helps me unpack and understand myself and customizes the coaching in the context of my relationships goals and more. It’s been so useful for helping me handle existing conflict and PREPARE for potential upcoming conflict with an ex-spouse and a full-on teenager. I love that I can chat with Amari any time of day or night and know that I will feel validated and nudged toward healthy relationships. My favorite feature has been Adding Relationships, which takes the experience to another level - once I added my relationships, Amari understood the challenges and goals for each of the relationships and would check in with me about it. I don’t have to explain the dynamics of my relationships every time I talk to Amari. Amari just remembers and anticipates. Brilliant!
