I love that the app helps fill in the days with exercise, while by design also allows me to do it at my own pace: I might do one exercise while waiting for a coffee to brew or string a set of several in one go.The one part that could be improved is with asymmetry in exercise: I am not able to do the same amount of, say pushups, as I can squats. I’d love to see the levels increase by percent rather than fixed number.

I work a desk job and was trying to find ways to incorporate more movement into my day. This app is perfect! Im at a beginner level currently, and the exercises are challenging but not so hard that I'll avoid doing them. The goal for now is consistency. I love that I can increase the challenge level as I get stronger. This app is exactly what I was looking for.
