Before formally measuring your heart rate, please read the following instructions for optimal results:
- Stay calm and maintain a normal breathing rhythm.
- Hold your phone steadily.
- Gently place your index finger on the camera and fully cover it without pressing too hard.
- Maintain this position until the measurement is complete.
This app includes the following subscription options:
- Weekly or annual subscriptions. The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial.
- After purchase confirmation, subscription fees will be deducted from your iTunes account.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Your account will be charged for the renewal fee within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, and the renewal fee will be clearly labeled.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be automatically forfeited upon purchase of the subscription.
