GlucoseWatch: Your Blood Sugar Values – Always on Your Wrist. With GlucoseWatch, you can view your glucose values quickly and discreetly on your Apple Watch. Designed specifically for Apple Watch, the app retrieves readings from your LibreLinkUp account and presents them at a glance. Your values at a glance: See your current glucose value and trend directly in the app. For a quick overview, you can also add a complication to your watch face. Complications do not update continuously. Open the app or tap the complication to retrieve the latest reading. Optional Apple Health integration: If you choose, you can sync your glucose values with Apple Health and view them alongside your other health data. Privacy comes first. Your glucose readings are not stored on our servers. Your LibreLinkUp credentials are stored in the Apple Watch Keychain and can be entered directly on your Watch. (For easier setup, you can optionally use QR login: your browser encrypts the credentials for your Watch before an encrypted package is stored briefly on our transfer server. Glucose readings are not sent through this server.) Important note: GlucoseWatch is intended to display glucose readings and does not replace medical advice or treatment. This is a common point of misunderstanding, and we appreciate the feedback.The app is asking for your LibreLinkUp account credentials (email and password).Important: This is not your main "Freestyle Libre" / "LibreView" account. It is the separate "follower" account that you must first create via the "Connected Apps" -> "LibreLinkUp" section in your main Freestyle Libre app.As per the setup instructions (in the App Store description and on our website), you must first invite an email address from your main Libre app to create the LibreLinkUp connection.You must then use those specific LibreLinkUp credentials to log into GlucoseWatch.If you still have trouble, please contact us directly at glucosewatch@chadly.de , and we will be happy to walk you through the setup.We are constantly working on the app to make it a 5-star app for you.We hope this helps clarify the process

Simple and Effective, But Needs Login Fixes

First impression: I experienced difficulty logging in since the app does not allow copy and paste of username and password from the iPhone. Additionally, the app became unresponsive on my first attempt and required a restart before login succeeded.Once logged in: the app immediately displayed my glucose readings and integrated seamlessly with Apple Health, which was a strong positive.Suggestions: enable copy/paste functionality for login credentials and resolve the initial login crash issue.Final thoughts: for $2.99, once these issues are addressed, the simplicity and functionality of this app easily make it a five-star product.Update: after a few days of use, I noticed that the Apple Watch complication does not update regularly to display a current number, but once I tap on the complication the number will then fetch displaying the most current number.

We are actively investigating the crash you experienced, though we haven't been able to reproduce it yet. We are working on a fix.Regarding your credentials, we understand the desire for an easier solution. To make typing easier, you can tap the login field on your watch, which will bring up a keyboard prompt on your iPhone. Unfortunately, even when using this iPhone keyboard, the copy and paste function is currently blocked by iOS. Therefore, the credentials need to be entered manually. We are exploring other ways to simplify this, and as part of our privacy policy, we prioritize implementing authentication methods designed to ensure your credentials are never sent to external servers or across the network.Thanks again for your suggestions. We're working hard to make the app a five-star experience for you 😊!

New: You can now optionally sign in to LibreLinkUp with a QR code. Scan the code on your Apple Watch with another device and enter your credentials there instead of typing them on the Watch. Your browser encrypts the credentials for your Watch before transfer. You can still enter them directly on the Watch. We’ve also updated the privacy information and legal notice.
