Cannot open GO 1 pass missions/challenge/ daily exp collecting panel

Hello developers, hopefully this message reaches in time, I am using the USA version of magic chess go go and I have reached level 80 with the GO 1 pass, wanting to collect the Yu Zhong performance by getting level 100. For some reason the panel to collect exp for daily tasks is not opening and I missed out on two days of achievements. Please fix this asap so we can get the exp needed to collect all the rewards. (PS: I have made sure every software is updated including IPad/Iphone and the app, also deleted and redownloaded the game to fix the bug, none of it works , also one other thing I dont have an option for customer service in the game hence reaching out here)

This game is my favorite auto-chess game. The synergy system is great and currently lets you come up with multiple ways to maximize efficiency every match. The biggest improvement was Arena! No time limit to prepare. It’s turn based so you can play one round now, the next round later in the day, or push and play all rounds back to back. The best perk is no time limit to make decisions, which is a very cool option to help you learn the heroes and synergies as you go.I will admit going to play normal ranked after days on arena is definitely a longer game and the time limit is back so sometimes it takes a game or two to get readjusted. This game is very F2P friendly. You only need 2 star heroes to unlock the primary perks for each hero and you can buy heroes with gold earned in game. It takes 3 copies of a hero to make it 2 star. The next update will include a 5v5 MOBA mode similar to ML but it’s 3D and you can pan the camera as you go.RECOMMENDATION:I strongly suggest the developers add an option to make the commander’s heads a normal size. It’s cute when they aren’t doing much in chess but when this comes out for the U/ I much rather have my commanders look more aggressive with normal sized heads (like a their hero versions. Just make it an option in the UI and only player will see what they prefer.

Recently the new update has force me to only able to play with people in US. I have really good friend who we play together everyday and suddenly we can’t see each other anymore . That’s rude and disrespectful. This is a social game , and the way you do this without our consent is very bad . I hav spend thousand of dollars to buy the exclusive chess board and commanders skin on this game but what happen recently make me feel like this game is not worth for me to spend a single dollar because they do not respect their customer . I cant even bind my account now . What it gave me when I click on my account is a button said cancel account . And they don’t have any way I can contact customer service in game , they don’t seem they want to hear any feedback or issue the players has .

With Magic Chess Go Go on the other hand, is full of bugs such as not loading despite having strong internet connections, app gets very slow or crashes. Other factors such repetitive in-game events are becoming increasingly boring, players are bots (why was I matched with the same player 3x and that player only gets the same set of synergies and heroes and throws the match) and heroes deployment is also very slow. I am yet see improvement on the game, I hope there is still hope because this can be a massive hit if only they make it better.
