I love this app. It was super easy to manually transfer all my info from other apps I was using into this one. There are different suggestions for each phase in your cycle and information to learn about cycle processes, healthy eating habits in different phases, what to expect emotionally and physically, as well as why our bodies need what they need. I feel more comfortable in my phases knowing what’s going on and what to expect. I’m excited to have this app with me while I progress in life. Thank you for making this app for us. (:

I am 10 mo postpartum so my cycle is not regular currently due to breastfeeding. I haven’t had much time to use the app but I’ve impressed so far with how easy it is to navigate and all of the information and tools it provides to help understand the inner workings of the female body!

This is by far the best cycle tracking app I have used. Not only does it track your cycle but it also has workouts for you to do depending on where you are at in your cycle, and healthy recipes to try too!!

There are a whole ton of pregnancy apps out there, but to be so honest, this is probably one of my favorites. It has so many helpful sections and is super easy to navigate. It’s been very helpful as I go through my pregnancy and has assisted me with a bunch of health help!!
