New: a faster chat, screens that open instantly, and one-tap sharing of games, results and rankings on WhatsApp.
ATPenn runs a tennis, padel or pickleball club: games, sign-ups, results, rankings, tournaments, payments and the club chat, all in one place. No overloaded WhatsApp groups, no spreadsheets, no phone calls to complete a foursome.
How you run a club with ATPenn
1. Set up your club. We open the club for you with your name, logo and colors.
2. Invite players. Send a join link on WhatsApp; players sign up and you approve each one with a tap.
3. Open games. A single game or a fixed weekly schedule: day, time, court, level, singles or doubles. When a game opens, players get a notification and sign up themselves.
4. Games fill up on their own. When a game fills up, its players are notified, and a game that is missing a player is suggested to players who fit it.
5. Enter the result after the game. Players enter the score themselves, and the ranking, statistics and table update right away. Only managers can correct a result.
6. Manage the money. Every player has a club balance: record payments, see who is below zero, and players below zero get a reminder with the club's payment link.
7. Run tournaments. Knockout or groups, the draw, a court and time schedule, and results that update for everyone.
What players get
• Sign up for games with one tap, and a notification when a game that fits you opens
• A live ranking that also counts the opponent's level, and a profile with win rates, streaks, current form and the record against every opponent
• A club chat, a chat for every game and private messages, with photos, videos and voice messages
• Propose a match to another player or to the pair across the net; the answer comes back in the chat
• "Moments from the court": photos and videos from the club's games
• Predictions on games with virtual coins (no real money) and a predictions table
• Player cards to collect and trade with club members
• Monthly awards, tennis world news and a weather forecast for every game
• Share games, results and rankings on WhatsApp with a link that opens the page in the app
