What's new: • Quotes and orders with several belts are now sent as one request, with each belt's details included. • Belt specifications captured in the survey are attached to quotes and orders automatically. • The Requestor field is now filled in for you. • Belt links in request messages now open the belt directly in the app, and messages are easier to read. • A Product Reference can no longer be saved as blank spaces. • Improved compatibility and stability on the latest iOS versions. • General bug fixes.

• Faster startup — the app opens sooner while data syncs in the background, with clear sync progress • Guided service requests — collapsible Belt Info and Conveyor sections so the minimum info is easier to complete • UK service requests — capture access, power, working at height, safety briefing, and PPE details • Updated request statuses so Messages match what Inside Sales sees • Item No is optional and sits under Belt Identification • Clearer update prompts when a new version is available • Fixes for request timestamps, belt-list Add button, Coming soon labels, and UK option text

Create guided service requests step by step in the field—including offline—start quote, order, or service requests from belt surveys, and enjoy more reliable syncing and translation improvements.

Belt surveys now use a template for each belt type, the belt list can be filtered and sorted by type, the belt picker shows product references, more screens are translated, and the app shows its connection status.

Fixes a bug where a belt's product could be replaced with a placeholder. Adds an AMMcare belt picker, longer WTL entries, and better comment formatting.
