Overall very good app with tracking the only thing i wish is that there’s a calendar showing and i can jsut add my workout to see how many days i went instead of a structured plan but overall very nice app

Training
Session stats at the top ("This Session") now show small indicators comparing your values to the last six sessions of the same exercise, so you can spot progress or decline at a glance.
Insights
Training volume has been simplified. It is now always compared directly to your last session for the same exercise, making changes easier to recognize.
Form Check
You can now log body measurements, for example arms, waist, or hips. A new setting lets you choose your preferred unit for measurements. Photos can now be taken directly in the app; you no longer need to select them only from your photo library.
Exercise History
Sessions can now easily be assigned to a different exercise. For each set, you can specify whether the exercise was performed unilaterally or bilaterally, for accurate volume and fewer mix-ups. Existing sessions can be updated later, individually or for all sessions of an exercise.
Settings
Weight unit and measurement unit are now combined in one units section.
Superset Mode
Exercise help is now available in superset mode as well.
Exercises
When editing an exercise on a training day, you can set reps individually per set for even more control over your training. You can now track cardio workouts in TitanPro. Many cardio exercises have been added to the library, and you can create your own. Cardio sessions also appear in Insights and Program Overview.
Apple Health
Cardio workouts from Apple Fitness and Apple Health are now automatically imported into TitanPro and shown in Insights.
