This update brings powerful new tools to help you identify and learn about rocks more easily and accurately. Batch scanning Scan multiple rocks in one session instead of one at a time. Line up a group of samples, take a series of photos, and get organized results in a single pass. Faster and more accurate identification We have improved our recognition engine so your results appear quicker and with higher confidence. This is especially noticeable with look-alike rocks and minerals, where subtle color and texture differences now matter more. Compare rocks feature You can now directly compare two rocks side by side. View their photos, classifications, and key properties together to see how they differ in hardness, color, luster, and more. This is perfect for deciding between similar candidates or confirming a match. Redesigned home view The home screen has been reorganized to make your most-used tools easier to reach. Recent scans, quick access to batch scanning, and tips for better photos are now front and center, so you can start identifying in fewer taps. Improved localization Translations have been refined across the app to better match local terminology and rock names. Labels, instructions, and results should now feel more natural and easier to understand in your language.

We tracked down and fixed a bug that was causing some users to be identified incorrectly in certain situations. With this update: - Your profile and account details now stay correctly linked, even when switching devices or updating your information - Sign-in and session handling are more reliable, reducing the chance of being logged in as the wrong user - Personalized settings and preferences are applied to the right account every time If you previously saw unexpected account behavior, this update should resolve it.

We tightened up things behind the scenes so the app feels more natural in your language. What changed: - Fixed incorrect or awkward translations in key screens, buttons, and messages - Aligned terminology so the same things are called the same way throughout the app - Improved text layout so longer translated phrases no longer get cut off or overlap - Resolved language-specific issues that could cause confusion or slow you down If something still does not look right in your language, let us know from within the app so we can keep improving.

- Explore richer, more accurate encyclopedia entries to learn faster and dig deeper into the details that matter to you. - Enjoy smoother, more reliable performance with bugs fixed behind the scenes so the app feels faster and more responsive. - Use new rock filtering options to quickly narrow down results by type, color, or texture and find exactly what you are looking for. - Get more precise rock identification, with improved recognition and matching to help you correctly identify rocks from your photos.

We've resolved an issue to ensure rock identification results are now displayed in your preferred language. Enjoy seamless translations and accurate information in a language you understand.
