iPhone
Temfy Nutri is a simple food diary. Take a photo of your meal and the app counts calories, protein, fat and carbs for you.
COUNT CALORIES FROM A PHOTO
Take a picture of your dish. The app recognises what is on the plate, splits it into ingredients and shows the weight and calories of each one. Need a change? Adjust the grams and everything updates automatically.
MORE WAYS TO ADD FOOD
• Search a large food database
• Barcode scanner
• Your own foods and recipes
YOUR DAILY TARGET
Answer a few questions: goal, height, weight, age and activity. The app works out how many calories, protein, fat and carbs you need each day.
FOOD DIARY
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on one screen. See at a glance how much you have eaten and how much is left for today.
AI NUTRITIONIST
Ask a question in the chat, for example “What should I have for dinner?”. The nutritionist sees your diary and goals, so the advice is made for you: it suggests meals, reviews your day and tells you what to improve.
PROGRESS
• Calorie charts for the day, week and month
• Weight history
• Body measurements: waist, hips, chest and more
• Steps and calories burned from the Health app
ALWAYS AT HAND
The Home Screen widget shows how many calories you have left. Tap it to photograph your food straight away.
Start for free: your first photo scans and nutritionist answers cost nothing. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited use.
Temfy Nutri does not replace medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to a specialist before changing your diet.
