New certificate designs: choose Standard or one of five designs in your own colour (Settings, Certificate design options). The landlord gas safety record fits on one page in the new designs. Every certificate now prints your business name, address and Gas Safe number from the start. 6 digit Gas Safe business numbers now save.

• Automatic customer reminders are now more dependable, and keep working smoothly when you use GasCert on more than one device, such as an iPhone and an iPad. • Improvements and fixes.

What's new in Gas Cert 3.0 • Automatic customer reminders (subscribers): switch on a reminder for any certificate and your customer gets an email from your business before it's due. Choose 14, 30, 45 or 60 days ahead in Settings. • Heat pump commissioning records: Air to Water, Ground Source and Air to Air, plus a Heat Pump Commissioning and Performance Record. • Client Hub: keep your landlords and agents with their properties in one place. New certificates fill in the client, property, tenant and access notes for you. • What's due: one list of every certificate coming up for renewal. • Tidier PDFs: your Gas Safe number and logo print on gas forms only, and readings print with their units. • Warning notices are never turned into Mint Books invoices. • A new "update available" screen shows what's new before you update. • Ready for iOS 27, plus fixes and improvements.

- Invoicing without retyping. Link Mint Books and a finished certificate becomes a draft invoice with the customer's details already on it , you add the price and send. - Answer a question in one tap. Yes, No and N/A are now a single bar on every check — no more scrolling a list to record an answer. - Never miss a renewal. A new Due for Renewal screen lists the certificates coming up, grouped by landlord, with one tap to email each of them a reminder.
