You can’t do anything without paying and when you pay you can only add 15 cards per day

Without revenue, it simply couldn’t stay alive or provide quality service.The limits in the paid version are also important to prevent abuse and ensure fair use for everyone. As for calling it a "scam" — a scam is when an app doesn’t do what it promises.
