Extremely disappointed

I purchased the app and eventually the credits (100). I was able to use 10 credits for 1 video. All other credits disappeared. Not sure if I had properly purchased the credits, I purchased more. I totally forgot I could check my Apple account for purchases. Anyway, after creating 1 (one) video, I closed the app to do other things. When I went back to create another video, all my credits were gone (again). I wrote the app owner based on the email address provided. After two weeks, I’ve decide this app isn’t worth it. Apple might want to investigate if this is still a legitimate app.

The first day I downloaded the app I purchased some points and they were all gone without even giving me the chance to used them.I tried to reach them out through email about a month ago and also I had been charged for subscription without even using the app,I tried to contact them through email twice already suggesting a refund and still got not response at all.
