Pledge: Quit PMO & Track Urges
Quit porn, one day at a time
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Every morning your companion leaves you a sealed letter. Make today’s pledge to open it, then rant it out when the pull gets loud.
Most quit attempts fail in the same ten minutes: late, alone, phone in hand. Pledge is built so you’re not alone in them.
TODAY, ONE DAY AT A TIME
• Your day count front and center, live: a ticking timer and how far you are through today
• What may be changing in your brain around this day, in plain words
• Your start date, editable: if you were clean before Pledge, set when your streak really began
• Record a setback when it happens
A LETTER EVERY MORNING
• Your companion (a tiger, a dragon or a monkey you name) writes to you every day
• The letter stays sealed until you make the day’s pledge
• It’s personal: your why, what you wrote last night, the milestones you reach, and something gentle after a slip
A DAILY RHYTHM
• Hold to make your pledge in the morning
• Close the day at night in 30 seconds
RANT IT OUT
• Say or type whatever’s in your head
• Untangle breaks it into the trigger, the feeling, the story the urge tells and what you really need, then plays it back as a short story
• Ask follow-up questions
YOUR PATTERN
• Pledge learns from your rants, the urges you beat and your slips
• See when the pull usually shows up, what’s usually underneath and what helps
WHEN THE URGE HITS
• One-tap SOS: a 60-second guided ride-out, breathing, a calming puzzle, or your own why letter
A COMPANION THAT GROWS
• New forms on day 7 and day 30
• A setback never takes a form away
SEE HOW FAR YOU’VE COME
• A calendar of every day you’ve kept
• Your story in chapters: The decision, The storm, First light, The fog lifts, New wiring, Steady ground, Free
• Milestone cards along the way
AN AI COACH, ANY TIME
• Warm, private and there whenever you need to talk
• Clearly labelled as AI and not a therapist. If you’re in crisis, Pledge shows you helplines instead.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Notifications are silent and anonymous: nothing on your lock screen says what Pledge is for
• Your journal, progress and maps stay on your phone
Pledge Ultra unlocks unlimited coach conversations and Untangle maps, the longer guided sessions, and full pattern and trigger analysis. Free includes one Untangle map a day.

A whole new Pledge, lit by fire. Every morning your companion leaves a sealed letter that opens when you make the day’s pledge. New too: Rant it out (say what’s in your head and see what’s really underneath) and Your pattern, which learns when the pull shows up and what helps. Plus a kinder coach, a companion that evolves on day 7 and day 30, silent and anonymous notifications, and a start date you can now edit. Your streak, journal and chats are all still here. New in this update: Home and Lock Screen widgets, a weekly recap every Sunday, reminders signed by your companion, and a quick way to log a hard moment in ten seconds. Improved reliability and security of AI features.
