Bad time to ask a new customer for a review. I cannot figure out how to do a rotating slide show of images on a MacBook. That was the point of getting this software.

That’s why they can show slideshows easily: the photos are still readable, just hidden.How File Vault Is Different:We use real encryption. Every photo you import is completely scrambled using your password. Without your password, the file is just meaningless random data — even if someone finds it on your Mac.Here’s how it works:• When you import a photo → It’s fully encrypted and locked• When you view it → It’s temporarily unlocked using your password• After viewing → It’s locked againThis is why we can’t do automatic slideshows — your photos are genuinely locked, not just hidden in a folder.A Real-World Comparison:Imagine you want to look at jewelry:• Hidden folder apps: All jewelry sits in a drawer behind a curtain. In this update, we've added a new privacy feature that gives you more control over your files.
New: Hide Thumbnails for Enhanced Privacy You can now choose to disable file thumbnails in settings. When turned off, your files won't display preview images, keeping your content even more private. You can also delete existing thumbnails if you prefer.
We've also squashed some bugs and fine-tuned performance for a smoother experience.
