DIVIDEND PORTFOLIOS
• Record trades, dividends, and stock splits; track holdings and received income.
• Set annual income goals and see each holding's contribution.
• View dividend announcements and details for holdings. On iOS, signed-in users can receive announcement alerts after allowing notifications.
• Estimate the next 12 months of dividends using TTM data. Estimates are for reference and do not guarantee future income.
• Search stocks across US, Hong Kong, and mainland China markets.
DEBT MANAGEMENT
• Track mortgages, auto loans, principal, interest, and repayment schedules.
• Compare equal principal and equal payment plans.
• Explore early repayment scenarios and their effect on interest and loan duration.
• Export debt accounts and repayment data to Excel, then import an exported .xlsx file to restore an account, repayments, schedule, and rate history.
FAMILY INSURANCE & LOCAL IMPORT
• Extract policy details from one PDF or multiple screenshots of the same policy.
• Recognition runs on your device. Import materials and recognized text are not uploaded for parsing.
• Review extracted details, fill in missing fields, and confirm before saving. Complex documents may need manual corrections.
• Choose whether to retain source attachments for later reference.
• Link a policy to multiple insured people and filter policies by family member.
• Set renewal reminders and keep family policies together.
PRO
Pro removes the free account and policy limits and enables iCloud backup creation on iOS. Purchase options and current prices are shown in the app.
AN EASIER START

• Core tracking works without signing in. Sign in with Apple is available when you need account services.
LOCAL RECORDS, OPTIONAL ICLOUD BACKUP
Investment, debt, dividend, and insurance records are stored on your device by default. Core tracking works offline. If you sign in and enable dividend announcement alerts, the app sends held stock symbols, a device push token, time zone, and language to the service to match announcements and deliver alerts. Holding quantities and trade history are not sent for alerts.
• On iOS, Pro users can create full iCloud backups of business records, attachments, avatars, account covers, and settings.
• Automatic backup is off by default. When enabled, changed data is backed up once a day over Wi-Fi while the app is in the foreground.
• Each device keeps its latest three successful backups. Existing backups remain restorable after Pro expires.
• Restoring replaces local business records and settings; it does not merge edits across devices. Login credentials and Pro status do not transfer with a backup.
• Backups use your system iCloud account; MoneyTrails sign-in is not required.
Exchange rates, market data, account services, iCloud backup and restore, and sharing you initiate may require an internet connection.

• Sign in, allow notifications, and manage dividend announcement alerts in Settings. Alerts depend on your holdings and available announcement data.
• Import a debt account from a previously exported .xlsx file, including repayment records, schedule, and rate changes.
