Activate, assign, and test XCargo tracking units at the dock—streamline staging and shipment visibility from the moment cargo is prepared. XCargo Dock App is a specialized companion app for the XCargo Shipping Module, designed to streamline the activation, assignment, and testing of XCargo tracking units directly at the dock. Whether you’re a warehouse operator, dock supervisor, or staging coordinator, XCargo Dock helps you ensure every tracker is correctly configured and paired with the right shipment—before it ever leaves your yard. This mobile app empowers dock teams to take control of shipment visibility from the very beginning, ensuring seamless tracking integration into the XCargo ecosystem. Key Features: Tracker Activation: Quickly scan or select an XCargo tracking unit and activate it for use with a live shipment. Shipment Assignment: Pair tracking units with pre-staged shipments created inside the XCargo Shipping Module for full lifecycle tracking. Signal & Sensor Testing: Test tracker connectivity, GPS signal, and sensor health on the dock before the trailer departs. Stage Verification: Ensure the correct shipment is staged before linking a tracker—preventing data mix-ups and delays. User-Friendly Interface: Minimal training required. Tap-to-activate workflow built for fast-paced dock operations. Role-Based Access Control: Only authorized users can activate or assign devices, ensuring accountability. Live Feedback from Devices: Get instant confirmation that the tracker is reporting and transmitting to the XCargo platform. XCargo Dock is built for high-volume logistics teams that demand accuracy, speed, and simplicity in their cargo-tracking processes. Whether staging multi-package loads, working with LTL freight, or managing high-value cargo, this app ensures the right device is tracking the right shipment from the moment it’s staged. Note: Requires active subscription to Prometheus and use of XCargo tracking hardware.
