Removed blog feature to simplify app structure. Sale notifications should now open the app and display sale information instead of going to the main screen. Removed the locations tab, as those details now replace the blog. Backend in place to allow fredbooks.org to automatically open the app (not yet functional). Miscellaneous performance improvements and bug fixes.

We updated the wording around the category that your books live in to make it clearer what you are currently reading versus wanting to read. Additionally some small bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly.
